DESCRIPTION:<p>The 165th Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to 
 be organized from 30/08/2024 to 01/09/2024 by the Chess Kenya Federation\,
 <span class='fontstyle0'> under the auspices of FIDE. </span></p>\n<p>The 
 Lecturer will be IA/IO Abundo\, Casto (PHI)\, FIDE Lecturer\, and Assistan
 t Lectures will be IA Nsakanya\, Chanda (ZAM)\, Lecturer Training Program.
 </p>\n<p>The language of the Seminar will be English.</p>\n<p>The Seminar 
 will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter\, according to the Regulations
